Premium Cigar Association Announces the 2024 Best of the Leaf Awards Finalists

[Washington, D.C.–February 15 2024] The Premium Cigar Association (PCA) announces the finalists for this year’s Best of the Leaf Awards. The PCA Best of the Leaf Awards are designed to showcase the premium retail tobacconist industry across the country.

In November and December 2023, retail members of PCA were invited to nominate their stores for this award. In total, 60 stores were nominated and judged by a panel of industry experts on the criteria of each retail outlet’s aesthetics, merchandising, humidor selection/presentation, and customer service. Retailers had to submit videos and photos of their stores, bars, and lounges, and a written summary explaining why their store deserves to win a PCA Best of the Leaf Award.

“In our inaugural year, the response from retailers across the country has been outstanding,” said Scott Pearce, PCA executive director. “As the association representing retail tobacconists, it is imperative we showcase our great members, reward excellence, and demonstrate the premium levels of the retail experience our members provide for consumers. With the amount of submissions – and quality – it’s going to be a very competitive race.”
